    J was very kind and patient during my visit. I actually witnessed her helping another customer who was having an issue with an Amazon return, and even though the customer was frustrated, J stayed calm, professional, and explained that the issue wasn’t with UPS but with a different system. She handled the situation really well. She also answered my questions with patience and was genuinely pleasant to interact with. She has great customer service skills, and I wanted to recognize her for that.
