    I visit this UPS location frequently. The lines can be long, but the wait time isn't uncomfortable. The employees are clearly working in unison to service the customers efficiently and with respect to time.

    Understaffed. After 4 PM the line is insane. They also need to answer their phones. At least have an automated system!! I can’t help but feel bad for the employees.

    They efficient and effective at the moment of attending customers, they were super fast and kind when I went to drop off my Amazon packages. Answered my questions and always smiling

    I have been using this location for years, about 5 yrs or more! Always had great service and really personable employees. Since new renovation, not so convenient and almost complete group of employees and new manager; who aren't that friendly. I am going to another location starting g today. April/2026
