  They always loose our packages. We get delivery notices saying that they were delivered but the pictures show that they were delivered to a house we have never seen before.

  Please have your clerk shower or change clothes - the smell was so intense my co-worker that went in to drop a package for me literally threw-up when she walked out. We both frequently use this store but never again.

  Terrible location, terrible service. Would never recommend them for anything more valuable than a pile of dirt.

  If you need prepaid mailing for a passport, DO NOT come to this store. He charged me $45 to mail a passport that weighs less than 0.3 oz.

  Do not use this location. We shipped some shoes and purses when we moved because we ran out of space. They were the only ones who knew the value of the package when we insured it. When it was delivered it was delivered in a box that we did not pack it in. The shipping label had been ripped off our original package and taped on a new one. There was a roll of tape that we did not use in the box when we opened it along with a pair of work gloves that were not ours. There were multiple pairs of shoes missing too. We've filed a claim with ups. Do not use this location, they are crooks.
