  Came in for document printing for my corporate event because of the convenient location. But what was even better than the location was the impressive service! I’ll definitely be back for all my future events. If you are in Houston downtown for work, don’t hesitate to come here!

  This was my First time at this location and Last .I was staying in the area for a corporate event and had to use this location to handle important business documentation. The staff was acting very impatient , rude in the tone and unhelpful. When you are dealing with time-sensitive corporate documents, you expect professionalism, but the staff here showed zero effort.. Particularly,the girl with long braids who was working in the afternoon Aug 17th .

  Absolutely AMAZING customer service from this place. My team and I came into town and needed a few last minute items printed for an event and they truly went above and beyond to assist us and make sure we got everything on time.

  I use this location to ship things out pretty regularly. It seems like as of late no matter what time or day I go in that I get helped less and less. I would highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

  I had an outstanding experience at this UPS Store! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer my questions, made the shipping process quick and stress-free, and handled everything with care and attention to detail. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Even though they were busy, everyone remained patient, efficient, and welcoming. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel like a valued customer, but they absolutely did. If you’re looking for a UPS Store with knowledgeable employees, fast service, and a great atmosphere, I highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be coming back for all of my shipping, printing, and mailing needs. Five stars all the way!
