  Very disappointing customer service. The employees at this UPS location are consistently unhelpful, unfriendly, and seem unwilling to do even the bare minimum to assist customers. I’ve visited this location multiple times, and almost every experience has been frustrating due to the staff’s poor attitude and lack of effort. What’s most disappointing is that I’ve encountered similar shipping issues at other UPS locations, yet the employees there were patient, professional, and willing to help find a solution. Here, it often feels like customers are treated as an inconvenience. The only reason I ever come to this location is because it’s close to my home, but if I have another option, I will gladly drive farther to avoid dealing with the service here. Management should seriously look into the customer service standards at this store because the difference compared to other UPS locations is noticeable.

  Mayra and Sam provided outstanding customer service! They were very professional, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process. They helped us over the phone and also assisted my mom in printing, copying, filling out, packaging, and sending important documents through certified mail. What we appreciated most was their kindness and willingness to help in Spanish, which made everything much easier and more comfortable for my mom. They treated us with respect, a smile, and genuine care from beginning to end. Thank you both very much for all your help and excellent service!

  Employees not helpful and make you feel like you are an inconvenience. I’m guessing it was family members working together because one speaks and the other tries to correct or quite them. Talk to each other in another language when they all speak English really well. Reminded me of the level of service I’ve gotten in other countries. Service much lower than the average UPS store
