  I was there yesterday at around 4:30 and there was an extremely rude lady wearing glasses who seemed like she hated her job She asked me how many copies I wanted to make, but I didn’t hear her. I just said ‘okay,’ and then she responded to me rudely I never have any complains when coming to this store but she should have been more polite. I am client and should be treated with the same respect I give

  I had an appointment at 10:30 to get a fingerprint,but I ended up waiting an hour. The customer ahead of me kept failing the fingerprint scan, and there was absolutely no staff assistance; I feel the process would have gone much faster if a staff member had been there to help throughout. After waiting nearly an hour, I finally decided to leave. If they provide a machine for this service, they should actually assist customers properly—but the staff didn't help at all. Avoid this place for paper form printing; it’s a waste of time.

  I visited many times this place the personal who works there they always are in a bad mood the old people and the younger people that they hire during the summer time They talk to you in a bad way Remember we are Customer and we are paying for services Without clients your business could not exist I am not asking for free service to receive this kind of bad customer service.

  Very disappointing customer service. The employees at this UPS location are consistently unhelpful, unfriendly, and seem unwilling to do even the bare minimum to assist customers. I’ve visited this location multiple times, and almost every experience has been frustrating due to the staff’s poor attitude and lack of effort. What’s most disappointing is that I’ve encountered similar shipping issues at other UPS locations, yet the employees there were patient, professional, and willing to help find a solution. Here, it often feels like customers are treated as an inconvenience. The only reason I ever come to this location is because it’s close to my home, but if I have another option, I will gladly drive farther to avoid dealing with the service here. Management should seriously look into the customer service standards at this store because the difference compared to other UPS locations is noticeable.
