  I needed to get a document notarized and the ladies at this UPS location were able to help me right away even though I was a walk in. They were really friendly as well.

  Ms. Carol and the other staff members made me feel welcomed and had everything ready to go on arrival. I went to 5 other UPS stores to look for a Notary and there are two at this location. The ambiance was much kinder than other UPS stores. A great crew and a place I would come back for all of my shipping and printing needs.

  This location has been inconsistent more than once. I can’t even drop off a bag of shred that they charge 2 bucks a pound. I have to pay for it and still drop it in the blue bin. I will find a completely different company to spend my money at. You guys can have my Amazon returns. But no money will be spent because of your poor customer service.

  I come here often as I live 3 minutes away. I just had to acknowledge the fact that every time I come in this place, no matter how busy or hectic it is, the staff is always assisting and helping customers with a genuine smile and enthusiasm. I appreciate that. Thank you for all you do, and keep up the great work!
