  Excellent experience at The UPS Store! The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient from the moment I walked in. They made the entire process quick and easy, answered my questions, and handled everything with care and attention to detail. It’s refreshing to receive customer service from people who genuinely seem to care about doing a great job. The store was clean and organized, and I was in and out much faster than expected. I’ll definitely be coming back for my shipping, printing, and packing needs. Highly recommended!

  When I came to the store, I was actually at a very bad tume of anxiety, Belinda actually came to me and was very helpful. And she offered me water to make me calm down, and she actually had good service at the counter as well. So 5 stars to belinda worker, actually, everybody in here are great workers, they were working very hard. You should be proud.

  You cannot please everyone and these people that leave bad reviews will never be satisfied. I’ve been in the store when these employees get treated very poorly because of where they work. I’ve been coming here for a few months now. Left the Scott location because Belinda and her team are beyond AMAZING here. Will only come here now. Keep doing great team.
