  Had an issue with my ring order being delivered to my home. Had it sent to this store for pick up and they wouldnt receive the package on my behalf for pickup. When I called to ask why they kept me on hold for over 20 mins. When calling back they denied my phone call several times. Worst customer service in my time of need. Will never use them again.

  April was a life saver today. We had legal work on a Saturday am and needed notarization and some photo copies. She helped us so graciously. If it had not been for April we would had to come back to Houston - 2 day trip . Thank you April !!
