  The front desk would not take my package even though I had a UPS PREPAID label. Their only reason was that their driver says he would not deliver a package in a FedEx box because “it doesn’t really make sense.” I took it to another UPS location and they took it no problem. This location will waste your time and the staff does not do their job, even after you’ve already paid.

  Very disappointed with UPS service. I was waiting for two packages today, but neither one was delivered. The tracking status says that I refused the delivery, which is completely false. I never refused any package and was waiting for the driver. This is causing unnecessary problems and I need UPS to investigate this issue.

  The only UPS store that I have visited within the 610 loop where the cashier had a severe attitude problem. Maybe I just got lucky all the other times at other locations, but I will not be returning to this one. He was also actively snarky to the customer in front of me as well.
