  Avoid this location like the plague. The employees here are inexplicably difficult to deal with and unnecessarily argumentative. Definitely not worth the experience if you have another option. I’ve had several issues with packages getting “misplaced” until I take the effort to track them down. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. Horrible UPS franchise with toxic employees.

  Just go to whole foods to return your things . Cheaper and faster than this .

  Came in to drop off an Amazon return just like I have done dozens of times prior. As I was finishing up with the assistant, I asked her to put the shipping bag in the trash for me, just like I have before. Apparently this is a problem now, because she told me their management no longer allows them to do this. And to make matters worse, I observed the other staff member taking my bag and throwing it *outside* the storefront, littering! My advice is to drive past this location, and deal with counter staff who are friendly and want to help, and don't rely on petty, random, and arbitrary 'policies' to cause problems.

  The older lady with the white hair has the nastiest attitude. Her scanner was not working properly and she was scanning my QR Codes and had the audacity to catch an attitude with me when I told her there was 2 separate QR codes for my 2 separate returns. Literally looking at the 2 different QR codes so I’m like well let’s start over then since you keep being nasty saying the QR Code is showing as a duplicate. I give her the second QR Code and the message isn’t popping up no more. There is a way to deliver customer service and she failed today at it. I normally get nice and helpful people at this location but she was terrible. And then I said to myself seems likes it’s your scanner she then says with an attitude “EXCUSE ME” like you’re trying to make a scene this was a terrible experience for me. As I had a 3rd return and she said after she scanned it that it wasn’t working once again. Like if you’re going to have an attitude don’t be in the front ! Just a rude older lady !!!!
