  This is the worst most unhelpful UPS store I have ever been to. I return A LOT of packages and this is the ONLY location in the city who charges you to tape your box. One dollar. For a piece of tape. The workers are rude and the manager or whoever runs it is also extremely rude. I had to remove bubble wrap from my box to close/ tape it and after charging me a dollar to tape my box, I asked if they could please throw my bubble wrap away - he responded “we don’t take trash”. You’re a UPS store and it’s bubble wrap we had to remove so you could charge me one dollar for tape. Do not give this location your business. They do not know what customer service is.

  This is the worst ups location I have ever been to. The customer service was horrible and staff was rude. Then I tried to escalate to the manager explaining my experience/encounter and he didn't take any accountability for his stores lack of professionalism . I also mentioned that there are alot of reviews on google with people having customer service issues so clearly this is an ongoing thing and he stated that those are just customers who didn't get their way. I quickly ended conversation and called corporate to address . This location is a horrible representative of UPS.

  This is a horrible UPS and is a disgrace to UPS. The customer service is pitiful. They just let you stand there. The old lady sitting down can't see her screen. A whole new staff should be trained on customer service.

  The ladies at this location go above and beyond normal service. They could not have been more helpful with the problem I was having to help me resolve it and get my package out on time. They are awesome, thank you so much. Nice to see real customer service again.

  Avoid this location like the plague. The employees here are inexplicably difficult to deal with and unnecessarily argumentative. Definitely not worth the experience if you have another option. I’ve had several issues with packages getting “misplaced” until I take the effort to track them down. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. Horrible UPS franchise with toxic employees.
