  Hace 8 días envié un paquete para Luciana a un amigo y me lo robaron , hoy vine a la tienda de UPS ubicada en 1302 Waugh dr y dicen que investigarán dónde está mi paquete a si que tengo que esperar otros 8 días más , yo como cliente no es aviaré más en esta tienda no recomiendo a nadie por qué los empleados no ayudan ni hay un encargado que diga tranquilo resolveremos su problema . Así que ojo a todos que quieran aviar paquetes en esta tienda el delivere se los roban si no aparece f en l mío los denunciaré a los noticieros de Houston

  I had an excellent experience at UPS thanks to Dora. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Dora answered all of my questions with patience, made the process quick and easy, and provided outstanding customer service. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made a stressful task much more pleasant. Employees like Dora are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you for going above and beyond!

  Staff was great but a box costs $10 and bubble wrap costs $17. Go somewhere else to get your packing supplies. Parking was also a disaster.

  This has gotta be one of the dumbest location decisions physically. Almost no parking, and the few parking spots it has are super steep and tight in a very dangerous to access spot. Oh and this street is only getting busier and busier.

  Dora greeted me, and provided excellent customer service, she answered all my questions, and got me out in a jiffy! Definitely recommend!
