  I went to this UPS store for both buying boxes and shipment. Lisa and Roxana were both polite and professional. When I came back to the store after taping n filling my packages. Lisa remembered me coming in couple hours earlier buying the supplies I needed. They also let me used one of thier carts to get the 📦 packages out of my car. I'll be back for sure.

  good customer service once I open the door they wanna help me right away. I was going to return the item the people working on these store help me with everything make it easy. I strongly recommend this place some of the employees speak Español Also that’s a plus

  Claudia was incredibly helpful and professional.She went above and beyond of her duties. I had to send wide custom window shades and custom pillows for my project in Nantucket and not only did she boxes up everything herself, she took the time to figure out what the most cost effective ways to ship my packages to my client. Thank you, Claudia!
