  Unsure how to report a driver to UPS, but the delivery driver Eric is horrendous. My ring camera caught him throwing packages and left them in the rain even though I have a porch and they could’ve stayed dry. Now the packages are ruined and when I asked him about it the next day he laughed in my face and was very rude. Disappointed but will not be having ups deliver anymore if Eric continue to deliver. How he still is being allowed to drive is beyond me as neighbors have said similar things.

  Well, I am in Houston. I always use the store and I have to tell you I have been greeted by Juan every time I’ve gone in there. He is phenomenal and does an awesome job. There’s another man in there an older gentleman. I can’t remember his name, but he too is phenomenal so kudos to those two young men working.

  This is the nicest, cleanest most efficient UPS store there is. The employees are always helpful. If you need a small tape or help they are ready to assist! Please open one on Eldridge, I come from Highway 6 and Briar Forest to use this store.

  I want to give a huge thank you to Roxana and Juan at UPS #1656 for their amazing customer service while helping me return my AT&T Internet box. Roxana was incredibly patient and took her time teaching Juan step-by-step throughout the whole process. You could really see how much she cared and how dedicated she was to helping both customers and her team. Juan was also very sweet, professional, and did an amazing job. They both made the return process so easy and stress-free for me. It’s rare to come across such kind, hardworking people who truly go above and beyond. Thank you both for the outstanding service!

  I highly recommend RJ - was the best cashier Ive had. Greatly efficient, super friendly and solved a tricky problem of printing different sizes for important documents I needed for my travel. Very well deserving of a promotion.
