  A little busy but poor customer service. I brought in a computer in a box with a prepaid label. They wanted me to pay $2 just to use the tape to put the label on the box. Very poor customer service.

  It's always so easy to go and return an Amazon package! No need to print labels, I just go in and give the QR code, give the package and they hand me the receipt! Easy and very convienent!

  Terrible. Waited in a long line for a notary, then they said oh he left for lunch and won't be back for several hours. He comes and goes and he pleases. Lost a customer here.

  While I was in establishments, a worker named Alex pulled out a pair of scissors and was trying to fight two other men while I try to mail off baseball hat… I reported to ups corporate and will never return to bad ideas store like this…
