  Got there at 2:15pm… sign on door says they’re going to lunch for 30 min… they close at 3p. Why are you taking a lunch break right before closing??

  This place closes at 4 pm on Saturdays, and they apparently close at 3 pm for a 30 minute lunch. which means they're only open 30 minutes again before they close for the day. Why would you close a business down for 30 minutes and hour before closing?! The doors should always be "unlocked during business hours", which are 10-4 pm on Saturdays. If there is one person working, then wait till closing to eat. If there are more than 1 person working, then one goes to eat, while the other helps run the business. Unbelievable.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the UPS Store on 9597 Jones Rd in Houston. The customer service representative name was Joel When I walked in, I was not greeted or acknowledged at all. The employee had his back turned and made no effort to assist me, even after I stood there waiting. When he finally turned around, instead of greeting me professionally, the first thing he said was to ask if I had an “attitude.” This was completely uncalled for—I hadn’t said anything or done anything to warrant that kind of comment. When I calmly asked why he would say that, the situation escalated unnecessarily. He refused to serve me and told me to go elsewhere, saying he “wasn’t dealing with me today.” This was extremely embarrassing, especially in front of other customers. As I was leaving, I could hear him laughing and talking about the situation, which made it even worse. An elderly woman even stopped me on the way out and said she had experienced similar behavior from the same employee. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Customer service should never feel like this. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it.
