  We brought a box full of packages to be shipped from our online store. The attendant told us to leave the box next to the counter, and they'll scan them in. Two days later, that box with all packages arrived at our door in a I ups truck!!! They literally taped the box closed, no scanning, then sent it to us. All packages late now

  Oh if only I could give less than one star. I paid almost $300 to have a box delivered to D.C. by yesterday. Although the manager could only tell me that the box was still in the Houston area this morning; she was going to get back with me later today and let me know when they could get it delivered. At 6:58 p.m. I called the store, the clerk refused to call the manager but said they probably didn't find it. For a world wide shipping company that prides themselves on tracking your package, this has been an epic failure but the biggest disappointment has been the lack of customer service. DO BETTER!
