  Absolutely terrible experience. I emailed the return label from my phone to the store so they could simply print it for me. I did not use the computer at all, yet they charged me $3 for “computer use” just because I sent the file to their email for them to print. On top of the $3, they also charged me for the actual printing. Paying a computer-use fee when I never even used the computer is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. This is nothing but a rip-off. Charging customers random fees just to print a return label is unacceptable. I will definitely not be coming back to this location.

  SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT! The guy inside tried up selling me a shipping label for Amazon for $5 almost . I was suppose to do a free return drop off . Okay then I agree to pay the $5. He is wanted to upsell me a box to put in the return in . I have been at Amazon customer for almost 5 years and have done returns before and it gives you an option to return it in the manufacturer packaging without a box. Be aware before going here the guy is a scam artist.

  Most of the staff seemed nice but there was one shorter man that helped me while I had a few similar returns. I confused a couple of items and as I was trying to correct my mistake he had the most annoyed look on his face like somehow that would make things faster. It was just a matter of handing me back an item but with that kind of service. I prefer to never go back.
