To expedite the process of getting my car repaired, we had to upload some missing documents that Allstate had not provided.   I reported a problem with drivewise which was solved later on in the day. However, the person she spoke to over the phone, I don't think he knew what he was talking about in some cases.

  Cynthia Gurley is a joy to work with. Not only did she help us save money (around $1500 for both policies), her patience in answering my questions was much appreciated. I wish we had Cynthia as our agent in the past because I can tell that she really cares about her clients. Ask for her if you’re shopping for new insurance!
