I come here frequently for lunch since I work next door but this location always has the same 2 lady’s working and they are always rude. It’s really Upsetting because I didn’t do anything to them for them to act like that. There needs to be change because this is not okay. I can’t take this anymore so I won’t be back!

I arrived to this location today 5/25 around 1:15.Once I walked in I noticed the young man at the register with a earbud in his right hear.I continue to walk and get into the line while the young man continues with the customer.I'm not sure what was going on with that customer but it took the young man about 15 minutes to finish with her.While he was taking care of her her continued looking over at me showing signs of irritation with the customer.Once he completed with her he came where I was standing no hello can I help you nothing.After he grabbed the paper he just looked at me ( seaming still irritated).So I stated white bread he grabbed the bread I asked him was it soft he then said do you want a foot long I stated no is the bread soft he repeated himself.I then ask him if there was anyone else there with him to understand was I was saying.He said No pulled out his phone looking into the sky confirming the signs of being irritated.So I just to a old receipt off the counter to get the number to call and walked out.The service was horrible & the young man who is the face of the company when you enter was extremely rude I'll never visit this location ever again.And Will be contacting Corporate.

Very disappointing experience at this location. The service was hindered by an unusual policy where I was told only three toppings are permitted per sandwich. Even when I offered to pay extra for an additional topping, the staff member refused, citing a lack of training on how to process the charge. Beyond the ordering issues, the staff struggled to keep track of the order details, and the restrooms were non-functional. Limiting customer choices—especially when a guest is willing to pay more—is poor business practice. I hope management takes the time to better train their team and address the maintenance issues in the building.

Yall playing with peoples order is like playing with life. Filed a dispute with my bank cuz uber didn’t want to refund because of what was not and what was missing on my order. It’s crazy that people GOOD people want to work and you have crappy employees that can’t read or understand SIMPLE instructions.

aut off service I totally understand that they don't want to let the homeless people be in there business but don't tell me that your employees after long hours of work they don't used the restroom
