  This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. I got 2 sandwiches for $7 a piece (keep in mind that was on a deal, normally $10 a piece, I remember $5 footlongs). The sandwiches were absolutely abysmal. The toppings for one sandwich were applied to both, not even mentioning that it was still missing ingredients in spite of that! We did not want cucumbers and black olives on our Subway Club, and we definitely did want banana peppers and jalapenos. I saw maybe 1 banana pepper, no jalapenos. Take a look at the amount of meat, 1 slice of each type is NOT OKAY. I PAID $15 FOR THIS CRAP. There was no one in the store, it's not like they were busy, THEY WERE MOPPING AT 7PM! I DIDN'T EVEN GET CHIPS OR A DRINK, $15 FOR A SANDWICH I COULD MAKE FOR LESS THAT $5 AT HOME!!!!!!! I hadn't eaten all day and was looking forward to this, I don't like cucumbers or black olives and they were all over BOTH SANDWICHES!!! I will never go to this Subway again, the absolute WORST SUBWAY EVER!!!!!!!

  While the food I ordered was fine and the workers were friendly, I was told they don't provide cups for water at this location when I asked for one. Obviously a rule of the franchise owner to make even more money on bottled water sales even though the soda machine has a button for water dispense. It's hot in Houston and y'all don't want to provide a cup of water to a customer who already purchased a sandwich. Well, you won't earn anything more from this now former customer. I will not be back.

  They said chips were in there and never in there. And no Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, Root Beer, Starry, Lemonade, Raspberry or anything. I will never go back too that place again
