  i ordered a pizza and the employee wrapped it in sandwich paper. when i opened it all of the cheese came off with the paper and couldnt be peeled off. my husband’s sandwich also barely had any toppings.

  I found hair or fiberglass strands on the subway. The employee said it was normal, but the manager didn’t respond. They refused to refund my money, and I’m extremely upset with the service and food.

  Ordered online. Ordered a 12” sub, they gave me a 6”. They literally have a list to make the sandwich, how hard is it to follow? Would not be salty about it if they were not so rude when I said, hey, this is supposed to be a 12”….for as much as Subway is, then should have exceptional service.

  They did not have water cups, so instead of giving me a cup they wanted to charge me for a cup. They’re basically trying to force you to buy a drink or buy a bottle of water. I also got a cookie and the cookie tasted like it was sitting on the shelf for three days. It was completely brittle, not moist at all very disappointed.
