Ordered my sandwich to go and wished I was there when I started eating it. The top of the Italian bread was crusted and cracked. This location will serve you day before yesterday's bread. TERRIBLE quality.

I had an incredibly unpleasant and frustrating experience at this Subway location. I ordered two footlong sandwiches online and received a confirmation email. However, when I arrived for pickup, the staff informed me they were completely out of ham and could not fulfill my order.
Instead of issuing a full refund, the staff claimed they "could not cancel online orders" or issue a refund at the store register. There is also absolutely no option to cancel an order on the customer’s end in the Subway app once it's placed. I spent 45 minutes in the store trying to get my money back, completely wasting my time, and left empty-handed with no food and no refund.
I hope upper management reads this and improves their system so that individual stores actually have the training and capability to cancel unfulfillable mobile orders. Unacceptable customer service.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The woman in there needs to be fired. I don’t know her name but I’m pretty sure the owner or General manager can see who is scheduled right now. She needs to be fired or she’s going to be the downfall of this business. She is going to get this subway shut down. She has the store closed when it is supposed to be open there’s no note on the door or anything and the phone calls arent going through. Where is the petition to get this woman fired???

Just pulled up and tried to go into this subway at 9:25am on a Thursday and the door is locked. The open sign is on they are supposed to be open they open at 8am but the old rude lady in there is trying to hide in the back I seen her walking in there. If you hate your job get another one nobody told you to work at subway!
