i just watched the woman who was making my sub go towards the back of the store with a broom in hand and came back to finish making my sub without changing her gloves. disgusting.

I placed a pickup order at this location, via the Subway app, TWO times in the past week. The first time the Pre-paid order (one footlong) was late for pickup over 10 mins. When I arrived one other person was waiting for a pickup and two customers were inside, so I figured it was a one off situation - since the store was "busy". The second time, I placed the same pre-paid order (one footlong) and when I arrived there was no one in the store and the order had not even been made. This was over 20 mins after the pickup time. No explanation of the delay was offered and i was made to feel I was annoying the employee by ASKING for my order. If the order is not going to be made until arrival then this info should be explained to the customer in advance. There are too many other locations and I am considering making another location my primary pickup spot.

Quite clean compared to most subways I have been to, the downside was the server’s/ staff’s inability to communicate, she hardly understood what I said and I didn’t either. Luckily I could use gestures to at least get a sandwich made.

Andres and patty are great employees here at this establishment. They provided me with excellent service that I could never forget. Friendly faces with great smiles with fresh food. 10/10 will come back again. :)
