Have visited this subway countless times. Today they had 1 employee who spoke no English at all. Besides the communication issues this employee also refused to make a sandwich without any ingredients that were supposed to be included, based off of the photo and description. So basically asking to “cut the tomatoes” or “no lettuce” “no mustard” etc she refused to do!!!!!! After getting out her personal cell phone and calling the “manager” and myself having to speak with the manager over the phone the employee finally agreed to make a sandwich the way I requested it. There were no other customers in the store, the time to go in the store, order, pay and leave should have been at no more than 5-6 mins. I was in the restaurant for about 15 mins. In approximately 40 years of eating a subway this was one of my worst experiences, no wonder jersey mikes, jimmy johns and other competitors are thriving
