The staff were nice and my sandwich was good. However, my white chocolate macadamia nut cookies tasted like they had been in somebody’s mothball smelling granny’s house on the coffee table for 47 days.
We always come here but we are anout to stop. The woman Maria never greets , she never smiles like she wakes up having a bad day. I don’t know if she doesn’t like her job are what but it’s all about customer service let these ppl feel like you appreciate them coming ughhh

I walked into the store and greeted the employee with a “hello,” but she didn’t respond or even make eye contact. She was preparing a sandwich, so I assumed she might be busy and waited. However, we stood there for almost five minutes without any acknowledgment — not even a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment.”
What made the situation more disappointing was that another person walked in and said “Buenos días,” and she immediately responded to them.
I want to clarify that I’m Hispanic as well, so this is not about race or nationality. It’s about basic manners and customer service. When someone walks into a business and greets you, the least you can do is acknowledge them. A simple greeting or letting customers know you’ll be with them shortly makes a big difference.
I decided to leave without making the order .
