  Horrible the fact that they do not speak English is a true inconvenience. No one understands what you are asking and can’t clarify ANYTHING if you have a question which is ridiculous…..I even asked the lady if she understood me she said yes I asked my question again. The other lady had to translate a whole waste of time because neither understood me.

  Came in at 8:45pm and was turned down because she said they’re closed but they close at 9pm…. What kind of establishment is this? Poor poor service! She packed everything up and wouldn’t serve us. We’ll go to Jersey Mikes

  Shame on me for not reading the reviews first. But since I have, one would think someone in upper management would have made some corrections by this date 6/23/2026. Why haven’t the ppl learned English my now??? At least some. I ordered thru DD and they called me to sub my bread that I ordered (flatbread). Only for me to get the order and bread wasn’t even what I substituted ( Italian herb she offered over the phone). Why ask if you were gonna give me what you wanted. Also gave me wrong chips😩. Not to mention their phone doesn’t ring to anywhere so you can’t even call the store to give special instructions since you can’t add them online when submitting your order. Someone please HELPPPP!!!! A sandwich is too easy to mess up. I’m super intentional about the food I order and it sucks I can’t enjoy my food the way I pictured it after a long day and it being my first meal. The fellow reviews are heartbreaking 💔
