  Closes early so they won’t have to help anyone before closing. Leaves open sign on and all lights on but locks the door and clears out all the food. Needs to change hours.

  I walked into Subway and went straight to the restroom to wash my hands before ordering food. Instead of speaking politely, the manager/employee yelled at me from across the restaurant saying the restroom was closed. The way I was treated was disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers deserve basic respect, especially when trying to wash their hands before eating. Very disappointed with the customer service at this Subway location. I entered the restaurant and headed to the restroom to wash my hands before placing my order, and the employee or manager loudly yelled at me that the restroom was closed. There was no reason to be rude or aggressive. A simple polite explanation would have been enough. The experience at this Subway was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Before ordering, I tried to use the restroom to wash my hands, and the manager started yelling at me about the restroom being closed. Customers should not be spoken to in that manner. Respect and professionalism clearly need improvement here.
