  I was going to order on line then ask them how to make. I ask one of the young employees if I can do that and she said yes. After I ordered the older staff said no we can’t do it. How hard is it for her to make a sandwich for customers the way they want. !!!! I had to ask for the manager for it. That older and little heavy set lady made me and my wife upset!! I will no longer go there because of her. Very disappointed!!!!!!’n

  We ordered 2 large Italian Hot Subs. As we started to take bites of our sandwiches we each were pulling out with our teeth the plastic casing from around the pepperoni slices. All of them! We called over the associate, held up one of the circular plastic pieces and asked if she knew what it was. Her replay astounded us. “I don’t know, I just work here.” She said it twice. We told her what it was and she said the manager wouldn’t be back until after Monday. She started to walk away. She seemed more interested in getting back to her seat at a table and to her computer. As she walked away she mentioned that she could comp the sandwiches. Every bite into our subs yielded plastic pieces of casing. This could’ve been a dangerous choking hazard event for a child or adult for that matter. We later reflected on the fact that the plastic had gotten heated while the sandwiches were toasted so we’d inadvertently had also eaten the leached toxins from it. Not cool. Folks in Houston should avoid this location both for service and quality.

  Very poorly run subway. Start cleaning up an hour before they close and out of most things. Need a new manager
