    Ordered a cheesy garlic steak online and got it cold with no subkrunch or garlic aioli, along with a tiny amount cold, coagulated cheese sauce. When I asked if they could cancel the order, they just said they didn’t know. Worst experience I’ve had with Subway in years.

    The Subway attendant was surly, rude, didn't listen, back talked, argued, and then overcharged for Subway. He had a hard time building my sandwiches, which is quite easy if you just listen to the person and put on the sandwich what they want. He kept arguing that this didn't go there and that didn't go here, stopped numerous times in the order because he seemed to be confused for some reason. If making sandwiches is hard, I can't imagine what else is hard in your life. I will not be going to Subway again

    05/11/26 3:50 p.m. Service was bad. Was being rushed along by the guy working the counter. He smacked his lips mad about having to make change. Was trying to act mad. You need better customer service. Won't go back again

    I got curious to read reviews tonight after hearing more bad things about the customer service and management at this location—and so I figured I would chime in. My interaction happened probably about a year ago. I thought maybe the guy was having a bad night or maybe my perception was off (tired after work). Just sensed hostility from the same guy many have written bad reviews about. Very short with me, no eye contact, no hello, no signs of being welcome at all—just “what do you want?” while aggressively handling everything. I still thanked him only to be ignored. Not sure why he still works there or what business model they are following. Sad for the others who have to work with/under him because a couple of the employees are actually polite. If they continue to lose employees, perhaps the upper management really needs to take a look into what goes on there. Needs new on-site management. Clear Lake can do better.

    Worst Subway ever! They over roast the bread that's almost burnt. The employees are very disrespectful.
