  I recommend going to this location because Casey gives very good customer service. She is a breath of fresh air. The food is good too.

  Very casual atmosphere but positive and friendly crew, they worked quickly and efficiently and corrected mistakes efficiently even if it wasn't their fault. And recommended item on the menu i hadn't thought of before. great upsale.

  I placed an online order during my lunch at work for a cheesy garlic steak sandwich with extra peppers, onions and cheese sause. I went picked it up and returned to work and when I opened the sandwich all it had on it was steak and garlic aioli.... no cheese sauce,peppers or onion all of which I asked for extra on. I called and she asked me to come back so she could fix it. I told her I don't have time to come back I'm at lunch and my time is up. She then asked if I could come in the following day so she could make it right and I said yes. Well I went and she tried to give me a 6 inch to which I said I had a foot long. She responded with yes but it's free and I said I didn't get what I ordered yesterday, is that my fault or yours? She was upset but replaced it. When I got back to work there was hardly any steak or cheese on the sandwich. I will post a picture of the replacement sandwich. If this is how you make things right I will no longer be dinning in your establishment.
