  And this is why it’s always empty on this subway location, rude employee while taking my order she was on the phone talking to the boyfriend or husband. I don’t know what I kept trying to explain to her how I wanted the sandwich mind you even spoke in her native language because she does not understand English and I asked her to put extra mayonnaise on the sandwich. She says no I’m like charge me for it. I don’t care she was like no I can’t charge you for extra mayonnaise. I’m following a policy and then she started a cursing and being rude she saw I was recording her then she got offended, saying that if she didn’t want to sell me a sandwich that she wasn’t gonna sell me a sandwich then if it does owner wanted to come and sell me a sandwich then for the owner to do it because she wasn’t gonna do it why higher people that are not bilingual in the first place to do not have nothing of customer service gratuity worst place don’t even come and eat to this place. They need to hire new employees that actually want to work and know how to attend customers.

  We were there, we asked a lot of questions. The attendant was EXTREMELY kind and helpful. We ordered online and ended up selecting the wrong restaurant (we didn't eat there). But the place looks and feels clean.

  It’s a hit or miss foreal like everybody else says supposedly they now charge for sauce on the side I come here often & never heard of that I like when the older lady is there making sandwiches not the young kids 🙄
