Approximately 11:30 my sandwich was purchased. My order was written and read to the lady behind the counter. My order was supposed to be a turkey sandwich on wheat with light mayo and light mustard, american cheese, spinach, lettuce, black olives, and cucumbers.
When I got back to the office, I unwrapped my sandwich & found that I was given a sloppily made tuna sandwich loaded with mayonaise and mustard, 4 spinach leaves, 2 1/2 cucumber slices, red onion and, a pinch of olives.
The main problem was that I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LIKE SUBWAY'S TUNA. Approximately 11:45, I drove to the OST store with the sandwich, waited in line and asked for it to be remade. The lady behind the counter insisted that "It's not my problem". I repeatedly told her that I wanted pavo not tuna. She insisted that it was my friend's mistake. After I said "pavo" she spoke to me entirely in spanish. I'm like ma'am I just want a sandwich that I can eat. She repeated in spanish that "it's not my problem" I asked to speak to the manager, she said that she is the manager. I said if you're the manager, don't you believe in customer service. I asked for a reprint of the receipt, she said she couldn't do it. I asked her for the corporate number, she refused to offer any information. There was so much back and forth. The she stated that she wasn't the manager. At this point I confused about her position. I just ended up purchasing another sandwich, took a picture of the sandwich that I left at the counter, then left the building.
I don't have a receipt for the 1st purchase which was a total of 3 sandwiches. I do have the receipt of the repurchase. I don't know the rude servers name but, the receipt says I was served by: 8988 4/24/2026 12:16:07 pm
