    All the vegetables where frozen with ice forming on them and they dont give you a discount for not having vegetables to give you. If you say you dont want it anymore they get visible upset with you and expect you to still pay will not be comming back here again awfull service and will lie to you about the product.

    I had a very disappointing experience here. When I politely asked the staff to make sure no onions were added to my food. Especially after noticing that toppings appeared to be mixed together. The response was unprofessional and rude. One staff member became visibly upset, raised their voice, and began speaking loudly in Spanish in a way that felt directed at me. In addition, the food stations did not appear to be clean or properly maintained. Cross-contamination like that can pose serious health risks. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made this a negative experience. I hope management takes steps to improve both staff behavior and food safety practices.

    First time in this store I went at approximately 11:30 am two guests were in front of me and the two ladies in charge don’t have a clue about service they were rude in a bad mood like they were just there for the check telling customers they can’t make no substitutions even at xtra charge one lady said to me that if I didn’t like the way she works to get the hell out of the store this sucks maybe management should let her know customers pay his check

    I’m so upset so I got two turkey foot long special of the day with chips and a drink at $9.99 each . When I got to work I looked at the receipt and seen they charge me $25.96 so I’m looking at my receipt and they put a charge for a tip of $4.33 and didn’t say nothing about it !! Not right at all !!!!! I thought tip was optional I guess not !!!
