  The lady at the register took my order and when I asked to use my coupon she took it and said she scanned it but she didn’t and made us pay more, horrible service

  The staff is very unfriendly the don't like to give u the amount of portion u ask for even when u pay for them . I'm never recommending this particular location.

  All I wanted was a 12-inch Italian herbs and cheese with provolone. Nothing else. It just had cheese. So pretty much a “grilled cheese”. I was charged the same price as a 12-inch veggie sandwich. I was surprised and disappointed.
