  Use to have a great manager at 10001 Westheimer Rd Suite 1020, Houston, TX 77042. She's left about a year ago. The current staff aren't trained well and don't speak English well! I've tried other locations and they don't accept coupons. I can't say anything positive about Subway except they've POSITIVELY gone down the drain.

  Don't come here the security guard will literally threaten you if you don't like your food he would tell you he will shoot you and that you're lucky he's on uniform. Don't come here If you don't like your food he would literally threaten you

  I ordered food at 830 pm and they cancelled my order Monday may 27th, they never refunded me!!! It’s may 31st and they ain’t answering their phones. I now have to drive back over there to complain cause they are trying to be theives!
