  To whom it may concern, since the person (Pablo) behind the counter at Subway didn’t! I asked to speak to the manager, he told me that Sandra was off today and she was the only one that could help me. So I told Pablo, that I just wanted to know why half the establishment was closed off, he said that Sandra knows about it & that they shut it down due to the fact that they don’t have to clean the whole restaurant at closing time, mind you this was at 5:30 PM & the website says they close at 10. So I asked Pablo what time do they close, he said at 9:40, & again he said Sandra knows that they close early. Then I tried to tell Pablo that one of the wheels on the potato chip rack fell off and instead of trying to fix the rack, he told me it’s none of my concern that Sandra knows about it and they’re gonna fix it soon. Then I told him if a customer leans on that rack to pick a bag of chips, they could fall and hurt themselves, and they would probably end up suing the establishment, he said it’s none of my concern. Then I said OK, maybe Pablo got upset because I asked him about the sweet tea, he said that they do not make or operate the tea or any of the fruit drinks on Thursdays, so I said fine & I left Subway and went to my car to write this review. Next thing you know security is coming to my window because Pablo called him and said I was taking inappropriate pictures, I told the security officer that I did no such thing. I told him that I was merely letting Pablo know my concerns, I wasn’t yelling. They can roll the video and check the conversation. I was talking respectfully, I was not rude to Pablo at any time, then the security officer left. So I was just trying to give him heads up of the danger of the chip rack. I do not know who this Sandra is, I’ve never met her, but I hope she’s not with corporate, because if corporate runs this subway and lets their employees shut down half the store due to the fact that they’re lazy and do not want to clean the store at closing time and they can care less about the safety of others, then there is a bigger problem at hand, especially with this individual named Sandra that Pablo kept mentioning is well aware on how this subway is being run.. so I included some photos of Pablo and the defective rack and them closing half the store, so you tell me if I was wrong to ask these questions & try to share my concerns??

  The sandwiches are great, the joint is a decent size though it’s not always too busy when I go in. It’s close by and the employees are very nice!

  El lugar es bastante limpio😊, los chicos que atienden son amables además he ido a otros subway colocan pocos alimentos en este si dan de acuerdo a la porción del subway lo recomendaría siempre sin duda.

  La manager es muy prepotente y apura mucho cuando uno pide los ingredientes y además no tienen cuidado me dieron .i subway para mi hijo de 7 años y los estúpidos dejaron un cuchillo adentro del subway no tienen cuidado este lugar lo deberían cerrar!! Muy mal servicio The manager is very arrogant and rushes you when you order ingredients, and they're also careless. They gave me a Subway for my 7-year-old son, and the idiots left a knife inside! They're so careless; this place should be shut down! Terrible service
