I will not be back. I felt like I was sitting under leaf blowers due to all the ceiling fans furiously spinning. Instead of running the air conditioner at a normal temperature, they keep the restaurant hot and run the ceiling fans. It irritated the hell out of my eyes. The employees do not understand english so it takes a long time and numerous corrections to get your order correct, which slows down the order line. It was clean. The employees are friendly. But it could be so much better, like their competition is.
I just experienced the worst service from the lady that as I see from the review done 6hours ago today was also serviced by her! (01/14/26) I place an online order and upon pickup my order is not done because the toaster is not working( complete understandable it’s not their fault ) the guy assisting me originally had no form of knowledge on how to process a refund so it was not a problem to wait for this lady as she was in the restroom. After waiting and explaining I needed a refund because clearly I was not taking any food items as my order was heated items. I explained I was pregnant and can’t eat any deli food items as they kept pushing on me to get and I kept declining for that matter . She kept telling me to get refund online but online only gives “get directions / contact store “ no refund option in any way. She would not even attempt on doing the refund on her end. She kept getting loud and rude talking with such an attitude so of course I matched the same energy because I’m not blaming anything that happen on her I was clearly just wanting a refund and even after I asked for any type of help or phone number she stated there was not any other outcome other than taking deli items (which I can’t consume ) or getting my order as it is and toasting it in my home . I am in disbelief the audacity she had throughout and as well as I wish service manager or supervisor for the area makes her accountable for her actions, as clearly I’m not the only one who has had issues with her and her customer service is not ok.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had at a Subway. From the moment we walked in, the employee—whose name was either Valentina or something very close to that—had a rude, hostile attitude and made it clear that we were an inconvenience.
There was no greeting, constant eye-rolling, and irritated responses to simple questions that are part of ordering a sandwich. What makes this worse is that this is not the first time she has been rude; we’ve experienced the same behavior from her before, which shows this is an ongoing issue, not a one-time bad day.
The sandwich was made carelessly, and there was zero courtesy at checkout—no thank you, no professionalism at all. Paying customers should not be treated with this level of repeated disrespect. I will not be returning to this location unless management seriously addresses this problem.

This Subway location shows it closes at 9 PM on Google Maps, but it actually closes at 7 PM. We placed an online order based on the posted hours. When we arrived, the location was closed. Next day, we went to talk to the person working there, she fidn’t speak English, which made it very difficult to communicate and resolve the issue. The order is charged and we did not get any refund yet. Very bad service, please update a manager number to raise a complaint.

I ordered a sub, special sub for 3.99, I got chips too.. during the whole order she was saying no. Also was out of items, lots. When it came to paying ahe was going to keep my change until I called her out, even then she didn't give me all of it and told me to go away
Rude and horrible.
