Only one teenager was there when I visited. Bread was raw and squishy. Owners don’t want to pay anybody to run the store. How can one person keep the entire store clean and cook wash dishes and maintain everything by themselves. These owners need to caugh up some cash and hire more employees

I had a frustrating experience during my recent visit. Communication was difficult, as the employee was speaking very quietly and had to repeat herself multiple times. It also seemed like she may have had trouble hearing me, which led to my order being prepared incorrectly. I clearly requested jalapeños, but garlic aioli was added instead, which is concerning because I have an allergy. I was also told my coupon was expired even though it doesn’t expire until April 1st. To make matters more frustrating, a tip was added without clear communication. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, and I left disappointed. I hope improvements can be made in communication and order accuracy to avoid situations like this in the future.
Bad service wouldn’t come there again and very dirty in there restrooms are disgusting….
