  Woman at counter on 09/08/26 at 2:50 PM was incredibly rude and cursing in spanish with her coworker calling people “mendiga” and had a terrible attitude while serving. Made me repeat myself constantly and acted as if I was the issue when she was clearly not paying attention and got upset when I asked if they had salt and pepper. Audibly sighed and rolled her eyes. No name tag of course.

  I always come to this subway bc is close to my house visit before I get the same thing I ordered every time which is meat balls I Make a simple question... How fresh is your meat ball and this girl start making faces and give me bad attitude really bad bad service at the end of the day I have to go without my food bc the register was no open what type of service is this...No manager?????????????????????

  This is the second time I come and pick up an order, and ask to use the bathroom, and they say it’s out of order. It’s not right, City of Houston, ordinance , says if you have done in service must have a working restroom. The customer service at this location is horrible.
