  Had a horrible experience with the morning shift manager and the and staff at this franchise location, the only one that didn’t give me an actitud or a hard time was the older lady, I was trying the subway app, ordered online outside the restaurant and didn’t put the ingredients as I would have inside the store, so went I immediately inside the store and ask them to please put ingredients in a different way because I was new with the app and sent the order wrong, they gave me such a hard time about how the company was going to come short on vegetables etc, that they can't edit and online order, I told them is not like I ordered online and arrived when my order was already ready to pick up, I ordered outside and talked to them even before they got the bread out, these employees do not like their job, have a very bad attitude and 0 customer service, I won't be coming back to this store ever

  We went about 15 minutes before open, (didn't realize that they opened at 8) So we decided to just wait for them to open up. The manager/opening employee actually saw us, made eye contact with us while we were checking the opening time shown in the window as well as watched us back to our cars from inside the building after she waved us off away from the doors (we parked infront of the door). When it came time for opening at 8, she still did not come and unlock the doors. Instead, she disappeared in to the back at about 7:58 and didn't come until 8:03. She disappeared again right after she came back and she was clearly not coming, when we left at 8:12, and now no one in the car got to eat before work. Wish it was zero stars.

  I had a great experience at Subway! The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and my sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it. Everything was fresh and tasty, and the service was quick. I really appreciate how polite and attentive Mia and Jennifer were — they made sure I left happy. I’ll definitely be coming back!
