  Que señora tan repugnante no tiene nisiquiera su nombre que todo trabajador debe andar tuve q preguntar como se llama y se llama Celia que señora tan amargada y pésima para tratar alls clientes por Dios jamás volveré a este lugar no mientras mire que ella sigue aquí nisiquiera puedo escribir todo lo que nos hizo desde que llegue con mi familia a ordenar aquí

  Went in for a meal for today. The girl who couldn’t speak a word of English. The meal is supposed to be a six inch sandwich and meal. She started to make a footling. Said no cheese. She added cheese. I asked her to toast my teriyaki chicken sandwich had it in less a few secs and was ice cold. Bad enough the one employee sadly could t help me due to kicking out a homeless person in the bathroom. She couldn’t understand a word of English, and it’s ridiculous. Won’t go back and plus the place next to the restaurant another restaurant was playing loud music like it’s a club. If you want good service make sure the person speaks English. Don’t work with the public if you can’t!

  Made me pay twice for my order. Placed an online order and when I when to pick up employee told me that she can’t make it because the system didn’t receive the order, I showed her my order and the payment I made, pointing out that I did had the right location. She even agreed that I paid for it but then she proceeds to tell me that she couldn’t do anything because the manager was not there. She could have just SIMPLY just make the order that I had paid for, but instead she just suggested for me to talk to my bank and pay again for another sub and chips. Terrible customer service. THE STORE WAS EMPTY, It’s not like she didn’t had time to deal with the situation.
