  I walked in at 8:55. He has two customers in front of me and proceeds to say he’s closed and they are his last customers. I stated it shows you’re open until 9:30pm. He said yes, but he has to break everything down. This has nothing to do with the fact you are to be open in until 9:30pm servicing your customers.

  I visited Subway last week and had a great experience. The guy at the register, Smoke, was very friendly and professional. Most times when I visit, I get attitude when I ask for adjustments to my sandwich, but Smoke did exactly what I asked with no attitude at all. He was patient, respectful, and made the experience much better than usual. Customer service like that really makes a difference.

  Finally!!! ... A Subway with fresh and crispy vegetables! ( It makes the difference). And this was at 9pm at night. Cool!
