    When I walked in Subway the guy was fixing an online order. I was the only customer. I had to wait till he fixed another online order. But right after I walked in, a couple walks in, then another customer & another customer, then another. The guy started fixing my sandwich, I noticed some of the containers of food were empty, some were running low. The young guy was by himself & he GETS SLAMMED IN LESS THAN “ONE” MINUTE!!!!!!!!!! NO ONE ELSE THERE TO HELP HIM, NO ONE to retrieve necessary foods that were needed to fix sandwiches!!!!!!!!!!! He fixed my sandwich, I was on the app trying to get as much as i could get done. EVERYTHING on the app obviously changed since the last time I used it. THE APP IS NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! The guy very quickly tried to help me on my phone. We finally got to the payment part on my phone. I was using a gift card. He asked if I could sit at a table to enter the info off the gift card. It took the card number, I got a check mark. It asked for a registration number. NO WHERE ON THE CARD DID IT SHOW ANY OF THE NUMBERS as a registration number. I entered a PIN number. I progressed to what I thought was the next page. It went back a screen, then it says in red, I must enter the store location FIRST, but it DID NOT OFFER ANY NEEDED INFORMATION, NO TAB TO CLICK ON TO CLICK ON THE LOCATION. I’m standing at register for 3-4 minutes waiting for the young guy to finish the order behind me, before he could help me on my phone & with the gift card. Here’s how user friendly this app is, AS EXPERIENCED AS THIS GUY IS ON USING THE APP, nothing was happening!!!!!!!!!!! He repeated what he did 3, 4 times, FINALLY IT SHOWED THE PAYMENT WAS MADE FROM THE GIFT CARD. I do NOT BLAME THIS POOR GUY ONE BIT!!!!!!!! NOTHING WAS HIS FAULT!!!!!!!! THE PROBLEM IS THE APP “NOT BEING CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, NOR WAS ANYTHING THRU ALL THIS “QUICK”WHATSOEVER, AND SUBWAY’S SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SUBWAY, U HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN THIS!!!!!!!!!! ALL THIS WAS NEEDLESS CHAOS!!!!!!!!!! If ur trying to lose customers, u DEFINITELY have a HEAD START ON THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEVER, EVER had such a pain in the ass headache such as this IN MY LIFE WITH SUBWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
