I placed an order online and picked it up at this location since it was closer to me what a huge mistake.
I got there to pick up my order and I asked the woman if I could also order a cookie she tells me if I buy 3 I can get it for $2.15 instead of just 1 for $1.00 I kindly say no cause that’s not what I want I just want 1 cookie she seemed offended and became rude after I rejected her I asked her the cookie was just $1.00 right ? Cause I wasn’t sure if I was getting change back nor she gave me a receipt then she hands me a dime. Literally pissed me off
Once I get home literally all the freaking veggies are missing as if they did not read what was supposed to be on the sandwich ugh very disappointing I was unable to finish the sandwich due to so much sauce was added just disgusting and with no veggies on it.
The cookie taste as if it’s been in the container for days now it doesn’t taste fresh at all.
Horrible customer service!!!!
I walked today to get a sandwich and it was 97 degrees inside, then I was getting on the line to make my order and the worker kept looking at me seems very bothered 😕, I look down from the meats and vegetables, and I was shocked I’ve never walked to a location like these, the meat look old and look like I could get poisoned, then i look a the vegetables station, they literally had spoiled lettuce, cucumbers, and a few very spoil spinach, I was like absolutely not, I got my self right back to the car because everything look so disgusting, someone need to and check it like it’s bad bad.

The older Hispanic lady with the glasses was very rude rolled her eyes when I asked for extra tomatoes that I would’ve paid for ! Took my drink back after I ordered it !!! Just very bad customer service the foods good but I definitely will ask for someone else to make my sandwich !!!!

I just went to this location and was genuinely shocked at not only how rude the workers were but as well as how lazy they could be. Never when I walk into subway do I even wonder if they have the right vegetables, bread is understandable as someone who used to work for subway I can understand bread being sold out, but vegetables have always been filled or always have extras and to have none and to flat out say no without explanation is rude. I had to go to the store and buy the vegetables and sauce I wanted for my sandwich.

I placed an online order and ordered a foot-long sub. My order got delivered and they gave me a 6 inch and didn’t even put what I wanted on my sandwich then you can’t even reach out to nobody because they have no type of number to call for this location.
