I ordered chicken bacon ranch wrap. What I received had no bacon, very little chicken and no cheese even though I paid for it. When I opened it it was a square mound of food that looked nothing like a wrap and appeared to only be half a wrap. For $12 this was no acceptable. I would post a pic but it won’t let me.

Mayo 3 2026 , llegamos a las 8:58 am esperamos a que abrieran ahi estaba alguien una señorita , tengo entendido que abren a las 9 , pues esperamos hasta las 9:30 y nunca abrió, les sugiero cambiar el horario por que no todos los clientes tiene el tiempo de estar ahi esperando hasta que al empleado le plazca abrir.
Went early in the morning before 9am because I’m in a hurry, saw the worker prepping so I waited until they opened, came back around 9:30 and it was still closed, 30 minutes after its opening time. 😐

Absolutely abysmal service. I had a door dash delivery that was stolen and the staff working ignored my calls repeatedly, told me to take it up with my credit card company and hung up on me. If this is how service is done I am scared to think of what other things are happening at this location

Never got my food after placing a pickup order. I showed the girl the address and time and date and she said I don’t have the receipt I’m not making it. I said what should I do because I told her the order number she said I’m not making it. Another person said they had a pickup but she said the same thing. I said maybe it’s the system messing up because I’ve worked in food before and sometimes that happens and she said no I’m not making the orders. I was charged for the sandwiches but never got it. She told me to cancel it I said it’s not allowing it and she said well I don’t know. Subway doesn’t even have customer service number for me to get a refund. She was just dismissive and rude. Also wearing long acrylic nails which I know from working in the food industry is against health code.
