  I'm not sure of this employees name but she was very rude , nasty and confrontational. I told her I was there to pick an online order and gave my name she asked me to prove it was my order, ok fine understandable, but even after that she still refused to give my order and the after going back and forward with me she said I need to wait because I wanted cookies and she had to bake them. I was also told that is not her job to communicate that my was order wasn't ready only to give the sandwich's out. I'm highly upset especially because I have fast food background and I would never treat a customer that way.

  These lady's right here are not proffesional at all theyre so extra in the sense that they will be sarcastic for your orders. They will make it extremely uncomfortable to give you your online orders. They act like ima just go pick up a random persons order and demand to see identification and mobile order on app. They are extremely unprofessional and need to some major people skills.

  0/10! Most rude cashier I ever experienced in my life. I hope she experiences the same level of respect she gives her customers. She ignores customers and has the most unwelcoming presence.
