I don’t know what the lady’s problem is named Griselda but she needs to quit if she’s unhappy working there. I saw her roll her eyes when customers were coming in. She also threw someone’s sub on the counter once she was done with it at checkout. She kept staring at me in such a weird way while she was checking out a customer. Not sure why-I guess trying to be intimidating. When it came to my situation she began making my sub but then made me wait 15min to finish someone else just to tell me she can’t do my original order I asked for.. why didn’t you tell me that to begin with?? Why didn’t you ask for help in the back instead of getting flustered with all of the customers walking in?? She wasted my lunch hour. When I began to tell her why I’m frustrated-instead of a resolution or apology for my wait time she argued with me all the way till I left the store. So unprofessional. I will be getting in contact with corporate about her behavior!

I went into this Subway today and there were to people in front of me which was fine. I stood and waited but while I was waiting a man came in AFTER me and “ Giselda” proceeded to ask him what did he need. After the man left without his order I asked her did she realize I was there before him and she told me to “ leave my problems at home, this a restaurant” by this time I asked her to speak to a manger in which she stated “sure” in a nasty tone. She starts telling the manager Cecilia in Spanish what happened, I told them both I could speak for myself. I told the manager what happened and she said absolutely nothing. At this time Giselda was still trying to speak and at this point she didn’t need to say anything else to me. I did tell she was rude, unprofessional and sent the manager seems not to have control over the situation I would go a step further and report her. I went back to get her name and she told me she was not going to tell me but write her name she processed to get a napkin and write her name. She was still running her unprofessional mouth and told me that was a restaurant. Another customer came in and saw how unprofessional she was and turned away. I will make sure I NEVER go back to that unprofessional environment.

10/10 This is the CLEANEST and most respectful Subway I ever been too!! The staff is super nice and precise and the service was amazing!! Food was 100% fresh and not spoiled The entire store was clean and had a great vibe inside, I will definitely will return!
