  The employee put 3 slices of cheese on a footling, sideways. When asked about this I was told the manager told her to do this and to charge extra for the regular amount for a footling. This is fraud to the franchise and theft from the customer. This is something that needs to be addressed beyond standards, it close to criminal. I had to get firm with the employee just to get the regular, standard, amount of food on my order and not be fraudulently charged for it. I know times are tough, but we are now at a point where your getting product/upcharge scammed trying to buy a sandwich. The managers name is Shayla, at least that is what I was told...

  I came the other day for two combo, I got 1 special of the day (Turkey) and one regular (Tuna) I didn’t get the bag of chips because I didn’t like the choices, so I was charged extra because I left the chips?.. She didn’t even have the kindness to let let me know that!!!

  I stopped by this location after shopping and was very disappointed with my experience. They were completely out of grilled and rotisserie chicken, and the bread selection was extremely limited. Despite that, I ordered a sandwich on herb cheese bread. Unfortunately, when I got home and tried to eat it, the bottom of the bread was so hard it was inedible. In addition to the lack of available food options, the establishment itself needed attention things looked untidy and unorganized. There was also only one employee working and trying to assist multiple customers at once, which clearly impacted service quality. Overall, this was not a good experience for it being my first time there, and I will not be returning.
