  messed up all (multiple) subs it was an online order, and no they weren’t hard or difficulty modded just different sauces. which is fine. mistakes happen. so we drove home then all the way back and they seemed upset and bothered even though THEY messed up? and they didn’t leave our subs in the oven. right now my bread is cold so i heated it in the microwave. just upsetting to be treated like this when we had no hostility just wanted the subs we originally ordered. also felt horrible they skipped the lady behind us as the lady behind her kept complaining about the long waits. just a bit disappointed

  Gabriel was absolutely outstanding. I have never enjoyed a Subway experience as much as I did interacting with Gabriel. He was kind, professional, respectful, and attentive. I cannot say enough good things about him. He patiently prepared my sandwich the way I wanted. I haven't been in Subway for a very long time, but because of Gabriel, I will be back soon. And it wasn't just how he interacted with me. A young boy came in looking for a footlong cookie. They did not have it, so the boy ordered a few. After ringing it up, Gabriel suggested the young man get a few more cookies that would cost about the same as a footlong cookie. He recommended he take them home and make his own footlong cookie, and also suggested he add ice cream. It sounded so good, I started to do the same, but I am on a diet, getting ready for a European vacation at the end of the month. I had difficulty completing the review in the store, but the fact that I am doing this from my computer at home shows how important it was to me to ensure that the Subway franchise knows how special an employee they have in Gabriel. I hope all of your employees are at least half as wonderful as Gabriel.

  Gabriel and Hector were THE BEST they made us feel so welcomed and honestly they make the best sandwiches. I really love coming here me and my family love it so much that we plan on coming everyday ngl. THEY ARE THE BEST.

  Gabriel is the best very helpful and funny. He made sure that my food was hot and the exact way I wanted it. He also made sure that the cookies were hot and made sure I had everything. And the store was clean and smell good
