Zero customer service, two of them working, the only focus is on online order if you walk in they don't even see you, it toke me 15 minutes to order my food while there is only me in line, going to subway is just waste of time, I asked if I can use the restroom to wash my hands, they told me the restroom is locked , terrible experience, don't go to this location.
Ordered 3 subs from this subway and was assisted by Uboeldo Aguilar and the service provided was exceptional !!! Will visit again!! I give the establishment a 10 out of 10

There is an issue every time we have come to this location. Todays problem. Online and on the door it says it closes at 11. We pulled up at 10 and the worker had the customer inside walk over and lock the door. As we approached the door, we were waved off.

The workers are very rude and prejudice towards their customers of colors. They don't greet you when you walk in and they skimp you outta the food just to overcharge you for stuff you already are paying for.
Horrible service from the manager! She will start to argue with you because they are NEVER wrong... even though all the reviews say other wise. Too many bad reviews with the same issue, so ummm what? So all the customers are wrong and the employees are right? When are things going to improve? When sales go down?
