  The ladies that work there are the RUDEST AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and don't know how to READ. My job has done online orders and have messed up the sandwiches. That was like 3 times or more they have messed up but we gave them chances. Then we go and they all have attitudes. They are in the back talking and it always takes a while for them to come to the front and this is during lunch time. How hard is it to make a sandwich?? If we don't want something added then we don't or if we want something added that's fine we will pay more if needed. Took my husband one time and I warned him about the ladies and he even got attitude from them plus the other guy that was waiting for his meal!! He order it online and he was there a while too!! I told him to check it bc it might be wrong. The was no NONEED to be rude either!! My husband thought if he spoke to them in Spanish it would be better NOPE!! They need a class about good customer service or be all replaced. If you don't like where you work then go home amd look for another job. Going to have to go to Subway on Aldine Westfield

  Hair found on the sub they didn’t want to give a refund because they said it wasn’t their hair (their hair wasn’t black) I know it wasn’t their hair. I had asked them to remake it at least and they didn’t even wanted to plus they ware also laughing.
