  Zero Star. Attention: Subway Gulfgate Owner & Manager. You need to find people that want to work and know how to treat customers. This place has a good location but the worse customer service. Will never go back.

  Close at 11pm but got everything empty at 9pm and couldn't even get a sandwhich. Why clean 2hrs before it's closing . I get it. It might been slow but u should still have food out

  This establishment hires incompetent personnel. I placed my order online and still got it wrong because the employees do not know basic english to read my order.

  I come to this store very often the customer service is great till they have a girl who don't speak English with an attitude nasty just because I didn't have change for an 100 dollar bill she didn't want to take my order the manager who here before was so good now I can even enjoy no more because the girl gets upset if you ask the for the vegetables subway need to have some better customers service I understand people speak Spanish but to be rude with a customer isn't right no harm but put up with your notes

  DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE They toasted my sandwich without that being requested and they did not fulfill my order like I requested. I asked for extra veggies and they gave me next to nothing on the sandwich definitely not extra. The sandwich was tuna so it was warm and disgusting and the sandwich was all bread. Don’t offer me the choice to add extra if you won’t honor it I won’t be back. Must be the franchise owners telling their workers to cheat the customers. Also there’s always homeless people outside and they WILL approach you and follow you to your car. NOT SAFE!
