  I came in around 1010 Friday evening and’s had to greet the workers first. Was greeted back however the girl there was a bit rude and argumentative. She didn’t follow the first instructions for the online order and ended up having to remake it. She expected me to take the first sandwich that was incorrect. Which was a bit absurd. Last time going to this location.

  Went in at 9:50 pm had an online order The lady there was rude and had the door locked when it stated that they close at 11 pm. I had an online order. The lady then proceeded to tell me “why did you order” I said it still had allowed me online and that they didn’t close till 11 pm. She then started going off on how she had to clean and she didn’t have all night to be there. I said well don’t you close at 11 and she ignored that and just said she was going to leave everything dirty and that she had to go and that she haven’t even started cleaning. This was such horrible customer service and I see other reviews about the same lady I really hope something is done because you don’t treat customers that way especially when the hours on the door say close at 11pm.My sandwich were also made incorrectly

  I was at a Subway ordering a sandwich when an older woman behind the counter started making my food. From the beginning, her tone felt cold and dismissive compared to how she treated the customer before me. She barely made eye contact, rushed me when I was choosing toppings, and seemed visibly irritated at simple requests. At one point, she made a comment under her breath that felt targeted and inappropriate. The whole interaction left me feeling singled out and uncomfortable, as if I was being treated differently because of my race rather than just another customer placing an order, she also denied making my order and I had to leave starving.
